HP Gas account locked refill not booked  / How to unlock hp gas connection online

Your HP gas account will be locked if you have not refilled  or requested a refill for 6 months or 180 days.

To resolve this, you need to go to your HP Gas dealer  personally and fill a form and provide

• PAN Card,


• Aadhar card,


• Passport,


• Voter ID Card

You need to provide the following documents so that your 
HP gas account can be unlocked and made active

1. Submit xerox copy of your latest electricity bill


2. Provide rental agreement or any other card issued by government for proof of residence


3. Passport size photo to be attested with the details form.

Once you fill the form and submit the above documents, your HP gas account will be unlocked and will be active in 2 working days.
